By using our website, app, and services (together the “Platform”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”), which, together with our Privacy Policy, govern Terra Group L.L.C.’s relationship with you. If you do not agree with these Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using the Platform.
‘Terra Group L.L.C.’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’ refers to Terra Group L.L.C. The term ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘the client’, or ‘user’ refers to the user of the services or the viewer of our Platform. The use of this Platform is subject to but not limited to the below terms of use. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer of services under Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023 or otherwise.
The personal information you provide in the course of using the Platform will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms. We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the relevant personal information may be stored by us for use in fields we determine.
By using the Platform, you consent to us sending messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or notifications as means of communication for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.
The content of the pages of this Platform is for the explanation and implementation of our services. Terra Group L.L.C. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform. Where we do so, we will take reasonable endeavours to provide you with a notice of such changes.
Terra Group L.L.C. uses its best endeavours to ensure the information on the Platform is up to date, however we make no warranty as to the accuracy or information contained within the Platform. You should independently check the information you use is correct and by agreeing to these Terms acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk. You will need to register with us to access services through our Platform. To register, you must be the legal age of majority in your home country (e.g., 21 years if you reside in the UAE), and if you are under the legal age or are of unsound mind, parental guidance is required when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your profile.
All materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property rights. Use is permitted for personal purposes only. Terra Group L.L.C.’s name and logo are registered trade marks in the United Arab Emirates.
We may include links to third-party websites. We make no representations or warranties as to their content or practices. Check the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site or app you use.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Terra Group L.L.C., its affiliates, and suppliers from any claims and losses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or right.
The Platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permissible by applicable law, Terra Group L.L.C. and its affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, and exclude liability for damages caused by technical malfunctions of networks, systems, or software. Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited as stated in these Terms.
These Terms and related notices are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai, UAE.
These Terms represent the entire agreement regarding your use of the Platform and supersede prior understandings.
